WANT TO BUY OR SELL A PROPERTY?

Scott was so helpful and supportive during the entire process of a recent real estate purchase that I made, sight unseen, from out of state. The photos posted on Redfin of this property AND the "write up" of the condo and building were right on point and depicted the property accurately. Scott sent all documentation via email, inserting tabs for me to esign.He facilitated every step of the buying process in a timely fashion and explained each step as it came up. And he was kind and patient even when I got a bit nervous and probably emailed and texted him too much. But,to me, the most important thing was his negotiating/communication skills that he employed between myself and the owner of the unit balancing both of our needs for a mutually satsfying outcome.An overall excellent experience.
